Our task management is different. We employ a concept called "threads". Threads are information capsules that connects people, information and communication providing a unified hub and a complete searchable record around particular work activity. Each thread is a multi-media repository of files, screenshots, movies, voice notes, people, checklists, priority and status - everything related to the work activity in a neat capsule. Communicating complex ideas and issues is best done face to face, however in the economic reality of today, teams are not always working in the same room any more. Email and phone conversations are a poor substitute for live collaboration, hence Kalexo has developed a way for teams to communicate visually in multiple rich media - all neatly organized and globally accessible. |
